On  February 3^rd, 2014(the fourth day of the first lunar month), Mr.  Zhang Kongyu, the Technical Director and Mr. Liu Qingbo, the CEO assistant also  the GM of Operation Business Center of Beijing Boqi Electric Science and  Technology arrived in Yangcheng for giving their greetings and the spring  festival blessings to the front-line staff from Yangcheng Operation and  Maintenance Project Department and Yangcheng Desulfurization and Denitration  Transformation Project Department. They told the staff to celebrate a safe,  happy and peaceful Spring Festival while working.

In  the morning of February 3^rd, accompanied by the project manager Wang  Jinlong, deputy manager Zhao Dongli, the Chief Engineer Zhai Xingwei and other  administrative person, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu came to the desulfurization working  site and gave the greetings and gifts for the staff in Maintenance Group,  Desulfurization Operation Duty Room and #8 Desulfurization Urgent Maintenance  Site. Seeing the desulfurization site is in perfect order and all kinds of work  is normally carried on uninfluenced by the holiday, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu  give a high compliment for the staff. In the Maintenance Group, Operation Duty  Room and Urgent Maintenance Site, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu shook hands and  communicated with every staff. They got the positive answers to the staff’s  working and thinking conditions, the working guarantee situation. In the central  control room, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu inquired the desulfurization system  situation, parameters and indicators. They gave a lot of valuable advices for  some common problems. In the #8 unit Urgent Maintenance Site, Mr. Zhang analyzed  the abrasion problem of the agitator’s impellers then provided his advices.  Before his leaving, Mr. Zhang also said that he is very thankful for the staff’s  efforts in the past year. Boqi Company will have a bright future only have such  kind of staff like you without afraid of painstaking and tiredness. Later, Mr.  Liu told the staff that must pay attention to the safe production. He also  promised the staff that the Company and Project Departments will help with and  satisfy every staff’s problems and desires in working and  life.

After  that, accompanied by the EPC Site Manager Yu Zhou and Environment Department  Engineer Zhang, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu inspected the desulfurization construction  progress of #3 and #4 unit and strengthened some matters and points for  attention. Mr. Zhang and Engineer Zhang had a long discussion on the  desulfurization transformation technology problem, which made the staff on the  spot gained a lot.

At  last, Mr. Zhang and Mr. Liu came back to the Project and had a discussion with  several directors and specialist engineers. Mr. Zhang explained the aim of the  Company’s development and refined the future development direction and vast  space. Then he gave a conclusion on advantages and disadvantages about the  management, technology, safety and development of the Projects. He also put  forward requirements and valuable advices for the Projects, which is point the  way forward.

The  Company Leaders gave up their own holiday to come to Yangcheng Projects. The  whole staff was deeply moved and their working passion was greatly inspired. The  project staff said that they have got a great impetus from the Leaders’ support.  They will not let the Leaders down and work hard in 2014 to finish every tasks  assigned by the Company excellently.
