In the afternoon of February 22^nd, electric and operation department  of Kuche Operation and Maintenance Project Team organized the accident emergency  rescue drill of “personal injury of electric shock in low tension”. The purpose  of this drill is to promote the staff safe production consciousness, make  preparation of safe management and strengthen the staff’s emergency reaction  ability. They can quickly, skillfully and correctly deal with the emergency  accident and reduce the harm to minimum. Before the drill starting, all of the  participants learned the Personal Injury  of Electric Shock Emergency Rescue Implementation Plan and Electric Shock Emergency Salvage at Scene  Plan, got familiar with their roles in the drill and then they  started.

    The progress of this drill is that, a  maintenance worker got an electric shock because of the misoperation. The other  two workers found this accident. They cut off the emergency power supply in the  first time, moved the injured to a safe place and quickly unfasten his button  and belt which were obstructing his breath. The two workers took the closed  cardiac massage measure and artificial respiration for emergency rescue. As the  same time, they reported the accident to the emergency command team. Receiving  this news, the command team took the implement plan according to the accident  level, the injured situation and the site condition. The command also called  “120” for helping and treatment.

   20 minutes later, the emergency command  department announced that the rescue succeeds. They cleared up the site and gave  a conclusion for the rescue. At last, the drill was finished.
