China Boqi Hold 2015 New Staff Training

On  May 5th, also the 7th solar term —— the beginning of Summer, the HR department organized the first  training for new staff of this year. There are total 20 persons took part in  this training.

On  the basis of previous years’ training, this time had a wide and deep extension  in the course. The training included not only the company culture, HR policy and  regulations, financial regulations but also the technical expertise, career  planning, which made the new staff had a very clear objective about their  career.

On  May 5th, HR department introduced the new staff the detailed company  vision, company value, the development history and the organization structure.  Personnel rules and regulation were also included in the training. Due to safety  and quality DGM, Zhang Xiaodong on a business trip, he demonstrated the safety  targets and preventing measures to the new staff through telephone conference  system and remote assistance. The designing manager Huo Yutao demonstrated our  desulfurization and denitration technology and our business part.  

On  May 6th, HR department organized the new staff to come to the Tianjin  Beijiang Operation and Maintenance Project Department. They paid one day visit  on the spot. The project manager Peng Chuan gave them a detailed explanation on  absorption tower, gypsum dewater plant, main control room and PC room. The new  staffs had a direct and clear understand on our project.

Induction  training is just like a window. It is an important channel for the new staff to  understand and join in our company. We wish that the new fresh staff will grow  up and flourish with our company together. We wish that they will make great  contributions to realize the vision of “Let all people to live under blue sky  and white cloud”.

   On the first day’s training, I have a  comprehensive understanding on the departments’ function and structure. I also  have a better understanding on company’s culture, business features and the  leading position in the environmental industry. On the second day’s visiting on  the Tianjin Beijiang Power Plant, I knew the production mode of circulation  economy. As a member of Research and Development Department, I really hope that  our company can organize more training like this. I really learned from this  training.
