In  the beginning of April, 2015, the EPC project department started the spring  safety and quality inspection. The inspection strictly followed the requirements  of Notice of 2015 Spring Safety and  Quality Inspection. It established a good basis for safe and standard  construction work by scrutiny, taking preventive measures, promoting and  implementing the state’s Safety  Production Law.

This  inspection lasted 43 days, took 13374 kilometers long, inspected 7 EPC projects  and found out in total 262 safety and quality hidden dangers in various kinds.  According to the actual situation of each projects, the inspection team checked  the management, sites, materials and trainings. The problems checked out was  presented by PPT form and given detailed explanation, analysis and comments. The  following preventive measure also guided by the team. There were 374 persons  accepted the safety and quality training in this inspection. The training  promoted the employees self-prevention consciousness and formed a safe  construction atmosphere in mutual supervision and reminding. The management in  all levels, based on the principle of “people oriented”, took special treatment  for the safe production environment.

     The spring inspection was supported by each projects department. It achieved  good results on safety and quality hidden dangers rectification. In the future  work, we should observe the ides of “Macro-Security” and establish a solid  safety basis for creating excellent works.
