On  August 22^nd and 23^rd, 2015, Designing Institute held the  team building and technology communication activity at Huairou. The majority  members in this activity were coming from designing institute and eyas team. The  company leaders, Zeng Zhijun, Qian Xiaoning, Yan Bingli and Lu Jing also joined  into this activity. The aim of this activity was to increase the team cohesion  and working ability, to share experience and project results.  

 During the activity, the whole member was  randomly divided into 4 teams consisted of different specialties. Each team  selected the captain, secretary, team beauty and team handsome, responsible for  the organization and support work. They made their team name, flag, slogan, song  and shape through discussion. Everybody quickly entered into the activity.  Furious competition mobilized everyone. They fully show Boqi’s spirit of  “Enterprising and extraordinary”. They realized that team is the basis of  individual success.

 On the designing institute typical project  technical communication meeting, the leaders, Mr.Shao and Mr.Sun together with  He Ruhao, Cao Jianbao, Fu Airong and Tan Zhiling, shared the experience with  other on Yangcheng #4 unit denitrification project, Shouguang desulfurization  project, Shouyang Green Island project and Nanshan #5-#7 Green Island project.  Mr.Zeng gave a high comment on this activity. He hoped that designing institute  department can promote their project management ability and further increase the  interaction with others.

 Everyone felt the successful happiness from  contribution, teamwork and courage in this activity. They are very thankful for  the leaders to join with them in busy work.
