On  October 24^th and 25^th, 2015, Boqi HR and Operation and  Maintenance business center held the 2015 third session O&M project managers  training at Beijing office. This training got great supports from the president  office, law department, Materials Purchasing, Safety and Quality Management and  Marketing department.

The  theme of this training was Continue to Promote Project Management Level and Work  Hard to Complete Year Production Tasks. By external training and internal  training methods, it covered the project managers’ management level and  technology.

 External training was to open the project  manager’s view and minds, help them to establish macro strategies development  concept and micro project management work. The training invited China  Electricity Council Section Chief Mr. Mao Zhuanjian to explain the environmental  protection trend in our country and some foresight issues. Mr. Mao mainly  introduced the power industry development situation in our country, power  environmental industry situation, the main problem analysis and the foresight  issues thinking. The training also invited the manufacturers to explain the  construction and feature of high speed centrifugal oxidation air blower and to  answer the questions put forward by the managers about the air blower operation  faults problems.

 The internal training was about the company  departments’ functions and Boqi Company’s management standards and culture. The  Safe and Quality Department manager Zhang Xiaodong firstly gave a speech on  O&M risk identifications, made comments on the fall maintenance of O&M  projects and gave a summary on main factors of safe operation. The Law  department deputy GM conducted the law rules training. He indicated the  managers’ legal status and responsibility. MD Huangchuan gave a lecture on  customer relation maintenance then shared experience with others. Mr. Yan Bingli  strengthened the necessity and importance of customer communication, marketing  information analysis and coordination. O&M center DGM Wang Guizhi introduced  the project management practice. At last, Mr. Liu Qingbo said that as a  qualified project manager, you should set up the consciousness of safety,  environmental protection, legal, responsibility and energy efficiency. Mr. Liu  arranged the fourth quarter key point work. He called upon the managers to  finish the production and management tasks.

     This training increased the project  managers’ crisis and urgency sense. They will insist the idea of service creates  value and profession earns trust. They will innovate from technology, management  and efficiency and try their best to make our company to be leading in the  environmental protection industry.
