On June 3^rd, 2016, the vice  president and CFO Ms Cao Xiaoping, Strategic Investment Department Wang Qilong  and Guo Yinxia, attended the Hanchuan Longyuan Boqi 2015 Shareholders Meeting as  the representatives of shareholders.
      According to the conference  agenda, they listened to and approved through deliberation the 2015 General  Manager Work Statement Proposal, 2015 Finance Final Account Report Proposal,  2015 Management Profits Distribution Proposal, 2016 Financial Budget Report  Proposal, #4 Unit Denitrification Super Clean Emission Transformation Proposal  and #5 Unit Desulfurization and Denitrification Super Clean Emission  Transformation Proposal. The meeting concluded Hanchuan Longyuan Boqi Each Work  in 2015 and specified the work plan in 2016.
