On January  13^th, 2017, Zhang Xue  and the project manager were sent to Ningxia Qingtongxia Power Plant to discuss  the quality guarantee deposit collection affaire. It was very difficult to  negotiate because there were many historical problems left in the project. When  they back to the hotel, Zhang Xue was unluckily falling down. Her left leg  couldn’t move at that time. She was sent to the local village hospital urgently.  Due to the limited medical level, the doctor preliminarily diagnosed as fracture  but he couldn’t take further treatment. The doctor simply dealt with some  bandage and painkiller.

      When she went back to the hotel,  her left knee was red, swollen and hurting. She was sleepless over the whole  night. On the second day, the project manager said she should go back to Beijing  for the further treatment. Zhang Xue insisted that she should finish the meeting  minutes for the negotiation firstly. Otherwise she was worried that it will be  more difficult for the next time if there no minutes in written. Depending on  the painkiller, she insisted on another two days. On the Monday, she appeared on  the front of the owner carrying double crutches. The leaders of the owner was  deeply moved by her persistence and signed on the minutes. When she came back to  Beijing, the doctor in Beijing diagnosed as “left leg knee tibial plateau  fracture and ligament serious tear”. Although she is recuperating at home now,  Zhang Xue still works on the bed.
