During March 28^th to 29^th, 2015, China Boqi  2014 Economic Summary and 2015 Operation Management Conference was held in  Beijing. There were more than 200 persons attending this conference, including  the company leaders, each project managers and financial managers, and the whole  staff working in Beijing. The vice president Yan Bingli hosted this  conference.

    In the morning of March 28^th, Cao Xiaoping, the vice president and  CFO, firstly gave a report of China Boqi 2014 Economic Analysis. Ms. Cao gave a  detailed summary and analysis on our company’s business condition in 2014. With  the correct leadership and the staff’s joint efforts, our company kept the  increasing production and revenue in 2014. We took economic benefits as the  central task, technology innovation as the impetus and the market as the  standards to test our capability. EPC projects were put into operation in time.  Operation and Maintenance Business perfected the company’s technology supporting  system and management system so that our serving level was further promoted. BOT  business increased steadily.

    Mr. Zeng Zhijun, the vice chairman of the board, gave a lecture on 2015 business  plan and main work arrangement. Mr. Zeng made a detailed explanation on our  goals, policies, thinking of work and main work plan.

    In 2015, our guideline is “Adjust Structure, Increase Scale, Promote Quality and  Strive for Listing”. We will orient based on the market demand and support by  technology research and development. We will finish the “Environmental Island”  application and promotion, deepen the three leading strategies in technology,  cost and execution and increase the ability in “Plan Execution, Project  Management and Team Work”. Mr. Zeng requires the whole staff to be united as one  and make great efforts for our company’s development.

    In the afternoon of March 28^th, Yan Bingli, the vice president, Cheng  Qiang, domestic EPC director of project management, Qian Xiaoning, the vice  president, and Liu Qingbo, the assistant to president gave special reports  respectively on behalf of marketing center, project management center, HR and  operation & maintenance center. At last, vice president Kong Yu made a  detailed explanation on air pollution treatment.

    On March 29^th, Mr. Zeng and other leaders organized O&M project  managers’ forum and EPC project managers’ forum. They had an in-depth  communication. And the safety and quality department also invited State Safety  Supervision director to publicize the new Safe Production  Laws.

    This is a successful conference with expected purposes realized.
