On May 21^st, 2015, Shenhua Group Dananhu Power Plant held the  Operation Orders Dictation Competition, which is to improve the operation crew’s  skill and operation level.

There  are 3 teams, respectively are integrated control operation, Boqi desulfurization  operation and chemistry operation, in total 20 persons participate in this  competition. The full mark is 304.5. Li Yapeng, working in the Hami Project, won  the first prize at 303.5. The 2^nd shift of operation department won  the first group prize.

Li  Yapeng joined in Boqi Hami Operation and Maintenance Project Department in the  end of 2014. He had no working experience before this. Thanks to his  aggressiveness and hard working, he achieved such great results in just 5  months. His diligent and conscientious working attitude made good basis for his  first prize.

  Li  Yapeng is a model we should learn from. And we should do a qualified employee  with responsibility and good career ethics.
