2015  is the third year of carrying out “Eyas Plans”. On July 1^st, the  third session graduating college students came to our company. They are also the  third session eyas students, which are the new blood for our youth talents team  construction. On July 6^th, the president Mr. Zeng invited the third  session students to have lunch together. He talked with them about their work  and life. He also listened to their advices and suggestions to build a favorable  culture.

Mr.  Zeng said that our company pays attention to the youth talents, which bring  vigor and power to the work. As the projects company staff, you should learn to  bear hardship; you should establish a good basis from simple and trivial work  and reverse personal value; you can seize the opportunities only with multiple  abilities. Shifting from campus to office requires you to work hard and think a  lot. Inspired by Mr. Zeng, the students asked him many questions on the company  technology R&D and future development plans. Mr. Zeng answered them  separately.

There  are also Ms. Qian, Mr. Yan, Designing Institute vice-president Mr. Sun,  Marketing Center sales director Mr. Kou and tutor representative, who attended  this “President Lunch”. They speak highly of the “Eyas Plan” and carry great  hope on the eyas students. They hope the student can give full play to their  innovation mind and make best efforts to the company’s development.  

The  students are very proud of being a member of Boqi Company. They are very  thankful to the “Eyas Plan”, which let them felt great attention from the  company. They said they will do their best to finish the plan and work hard for  the company.

     The “Eyas Plan” is the key project in the youth talents training. We believe  that through elaborate training, the “eyas” will soar to great heights and  become the elites.
