On  October 20^th and 21^st, 2015, the O&M Project Safety  Specialist Engineer Exchange Conference was held in Boqi Jinggangshan project.  This conference was held together by Safety and Quality Management and O&M  Center. Yuan Ye from President Office and Zhao Defang from Law Ministry were  invited to the conference. There were also other 14 O&M project department  attended this conference.

The  meeting was host by Zhang Xiaodong, the Safety and Quality manager. The  instructors respectively gave speeches firstly on the meeting. Then each project  safety engineers made reports for the participants. There was also a  communication part increased in the meeting. At last, the safety engineers took  part in the specialized knowledge examination. After the meeting, they shared  experience with each other and learned from each other.

The  conference had many courses in not very long time. On the conference, Yuanye,  from the President Office, gave a lecture on our company motor vehicle  management and traffic accident prevention, control and treatment; Zhao Defang,  from law department, introduced the latest law rules on safe production; Zhang  Xiaodong, from Safety and Quality department, explained the safety supervision  and check items combining the previous accidents; Zhang Lanzhen, from O&M  department trained us the safety management measures; Shang Jianhua, from Safety  and Quality department, explained in detail the safe production law and  regulation and the safety management knowledge combining the O&M project  features, the routine responsibilities, work flow and work measures, and Lu  Fufeng, from Safe and Quality department told us the safety standardization  system establishing knowledge, preliminary planning and carrying out and the  required standards.

Zhang  Lanzhen, from O&M Center, sent the specialist engineers Twenty Five Anti-accident Measures Key  Requirements for Power Generation, the PRC Safety Production Law, and the PRC Environmental Protection Act.  And the participants were organized to visit and communicate wiht Jinggangshan  project department.

     Safety production is determined by effective management. Under the correct  leadership of our top management, will further perfect the safe mechanism,  promote safe concept, and strengthen the responsibility. We will constantly  promote our work quality to push our business into a new  stage.
