To promote the sales persons’ professional skill and the sales team’s ability, HR department made Sales Elites Training Plan after communicated with sales and other departments. On November 20th, the starting meeting was held. The participants in the meeting were the company leaders Mr. Zeng, Ms. Qian, Mr. Yan, Mr. Lu and Ms. Yan, each department representatives and the whole marketing staff.
Mr. Zeng gave positive comments for the Sales Elites Training Plan. He also put forward new expectations for the sales persons. He hoped the sales persons can shift from simple relationship marketing to ability marketing. The sale is not only the customer relations management but also the reflection of our marketing comprehensive ability even our company’s power. We can only earn the customers’ trust by professional knowledge, rich experience and correct answers to the customers. Mr. Zeng expects the sales persons to realize the importance of learning professional knowledge. The sales persons are the company’s window to show our image. The professional introduction can promote the company’s image and earn the customers’ trust.
On the starting meeting, the Sales Elites Training project sponsor Ms. Qian, Mr. Yan and Mr. Lu gave speeches respectively. Ms. Qian hoped the sales persons can have a further understanding for the cost control, investment concept and basic technology so that they can make a practicable plan through project tracking and communicating with owners. Mr. Lu and Mr. Yan said that through theoretical and practical training, the sales persons can independently introduce our company business, complete the information collection, tracking and feedback. Later, HR department gave a brief introduction on the training project, including the overall objective, training time, course arrangement and examine main points.
The course is planning to proceed in every Friday afternoon and start from this Friday. The whole training will last half a year. We hope that Sales Elites Training will be successfully completed and reach the training objective.
