On  November 14^th, 2015, Shanxi provincial governor Li Xiaopeng  investigated the economic operation situation in Shuozhou. He came to the  Yuguang Power Plant to inspect the phase I  ultra low emission project. Shanxi Development and Reform Commission director,  Economic and Information Commission director and Environmental Protection  Bureaus head also joined in this inspection.

 Mr. Li Xiaopeng shook hands with the operation  and maintenance staff working in Yuguang project. He asked the transformation  technology plan, time of starting and completion, Boqi Company’s other projects  in Shanxi, and gave an important speech in the site. He said that Boqi Company  made important contributions for Shanxi environmental career; you should set up  the development idea of innovation, coordination, green, open and share. After  the speech, Mr. Li had a conversation with the project manager. He acknowledged  that Boqi Yuguang BOT concession operation project meet the new emission  standards issued by the government, which are SO₂, NO_x and  dust should not be respectively over 35/50/5 mg/m³. Mr. Li expressed  his thankfulness for the contributions that Boqi have made for  Shanxi.

    Shanxi Yuguang project is one of the first  group demonstration projects. When the provincial governor came, the load is  203.2 MW; dust emission is 4.4 mg/m³, SO2 9.7 mg/m³, NOx  10.7 mg/m³, which are completely in accordance with the  standards.
