On May 2^nd, according to the  requirement of Notice on Organizing  Overseas Technical Services Safety Management System Learning issued by Safety  and Quality Management department, Serbia commissioning project organized the  safety learning for commissioning manager, Zhao Li, operation director, Zhai  Xingwei and other 5 persons, project department Wei Guangquan and Fan Chaojun,  and 4 project technical service persons.
      There were two parts for the  conference. The first one was site safe management for project commissioning and  production person. Because of the safety uncertainty in construction site, there  are potential dangers in the site, such as injured by falling, hitting and  falling objects. So it is required for the Serbia party and CEMC production site  that persons enter into the production site should wear safety helmet, insulated  shoes and protective articles, pay attention to the construction situation and  safety warning and not entering after drinking. Everyone should intensify their  safety consciousness and self protection ability, seriously implement the  requirement of “Safety First with Prevention” and make sure the “Four No  Injury”. The second part was fireproof and theft proof in the dormitory. It is  required that ensure the power off and doors & windows locked after people  left. Emphasized the out leaving and reporting system (O&M Commissioning  person should report to Zhao Li and Technical Service person to Wei Guangquan  and Fan Chaojun). It is forbidden to go out without permission. Serious  Punishment will be give to who violates. Those disobeyed ones will be  repatriated. Stay in the protective screening after work and avoid be alone in  the night. Report the not back persons to the supervisors in  time.
