To enrich the  project staff’s life and work, train their team work ability and increased their  cohesion, Yangcheng Project department held spring sports meeting in the warming  March.

     The Sports Meeting contains three  sports events, which are tug-of-war, pulling together and rope skipping. The  operation staff made active preparation before the meeting  held.

     When the whistling ringed out, the  participants held the rope tightly and exert all their strength to pull back.  The project leaders also joined in the match to compete with the staff. The  crowd cheered them and shout “Go” loudly around them. The whistle and the  shouting put the meeting to the climax. The red cloth was moving between the two  teams. At first, the management team won the victory.

      Others couldn’t wait to join into  the match. And the operation team won the second round victory. The cheerleaders  were very exciting to cheer the teams up. The match site was fierce, intense and  exciting. Everybody pulled together and spare no efforts in the match. They  demonstrated the meaning of unity and struggle.

      This sport meeting promoted the  team’s cooperation and persistence ability. The participants struggling efforts  impressed everyone in the match site.
