On June 30^th,  Yangmei Group Shouyang Boqi Power Generating Company Ltd (hereinafter referred  to as Shouyang Boqi) held the Second Shareholder Meeting and the First Session  Second Meeting of Directors Board and Supervisors Board in Beijing. The vice  director of the Group Mr. Zeng Zhijun as the shareholders representative, the  vice president and CFO Ms Cao Xiaoping, the DGM of Shouyang Boqi, the Financial  Director of Shouyang Lao Fengjie, Strategic Investment GM Mr. Hu Nan as the  director and supervisor attend this meeting. They have listened to the 2015  Performance and 2016 Work Plans and the Supervisors Board Report of Shouyang  Boqi Company. On the meeting, it has approved the Amending of Company Article,  Organization Setting Plan and Staff Proposal, Project Overall Scheduling Plan,  2016 Project Progress Plan and Production and Operation Mode. In addition, they  importantly discuss the project construction and existing  problems.
