China Boqi Hold the 2016 First Half Year Business Activities Summary and Second Half Year Operating

      On August  12th, 2016, China Boqi  Held the 2016 First Half Year Business Activities Summary and Second Half Year  Operating and Management Meeting in Beijing. This meeting was host by the vice  president Yan Bingli. There are more than 40 participants attended this meeting,  including the top leaders and department general managers (DGMs, GM Assistants,  Directors of Secondary Sectors.

      In the morning of August  12th, the vice president and CFO Ms.Cao Xiaping firstly made the  20116 First Year Management Report. She gave a detailed explanation on the first  half year management performance, the existing problems of production and the  operation risk we are facing. During the first half year, we encountered a lot  of problems, such as unfavorable market opening, decreasing stocking projects  and benefits. Under the correct leadership of Directors Boards and the joints  efforts of the whole staffs, we actively face with these difficulties and kept  the stable operation of production and financial situation.

      The vice president Mr. Yan Bingli  gave a report on 2016 second half year operating plan and key work plans. He  explained the 2016 second half year business indicators and key work plans. He  also made arrangements for the marketing, sales revenue, capital returning,  project execution and management measures.

      The management guidelines for the  second half year is considering the listing as the main line, marketing  developing as the center, standard management as the key point, insisting on  “leading in technology, cost and execution, adjusting the structure, keeping  increasing, strengthening execution, promoting development and company core  competitiveness and making our company as the top level environmental protection  enterprise.

      Mr. Zeng gave a high comment on  the first half year safe management, the breakthrough of Shouguang ultra low  project, Venezuela seawater desulfurization project, the breakthrough of Huaneng  marketing and the renewing of Yangcheng O&M contract. He also required  that:

      1, making plans for the work,  having a whole consideration for the whole situation and specific plans for the  work;

      2, be responsible for the  positions to ensure the timely solving of company’s problems;  

      3, insisting on the strategy of  leading in technology, cost and execution in the intensifying competitive  industry;

      4, attempting various methods to  face with the adjusting electric industry and do not fear to make  mistakes;

      5, be united in the  company.

      The president Mr. Cheng Liquan  gave an important speech. He said that the competition between enterprises and  the same industry is the management competition. We should depend on the  management progress to promote our core competitiveness.

      In the afternoon of August  12th, it conducted the specialized knowledge training. The main  business departments, including marketing center, project management center and  operation and maintenance center gave a summary and analysis respectively for  the first half year and made key work plans for the second half year plan.  

      Through this successful meeting,  we believe that we will complete the 2016 business and management target with  the leadership of Directors Board and the Joint effort of the whole  staffs.
