During November 15^th to 15^th, 2008, the First Session Boqi Environmental Protection Fengtai District Teenager Scientific and Technological Innovation Contest was hold by Fengtai District Science and Technology Association, Education Office and Science and Technology Commission in Beijing City Number Twelfth Middle School.

      The theme of this contest is “Innovation Contribute to Growing Up, S&T Promote Development”. The innovative products involves in over 10 industries and subjects including environmental protection, physics, biology and others. There are more than 300 products and projects coming from the whole middle and primary schools in Fengtai Distract take part in the contest. The scale of the contest is unprecedented.

      Innovation sustains the progress of a nation. It is an inexhaustible motive force for the prosperity of a country. In the Report of the 17^th National Congress of CPC, it put the “Promoting the capability of independent innovation and building innovative country” at the first. The report also strengthened that it is the core of our national development.

      China Boqi always paid much attention in “scientific and technological progress and independent innovation”. In recent years, we have great changes in production and management. The technology, talents and independent innovation capability have been our important core competence. Teenagers are the potential for our country’s science and technology development. We collaborate with all sectors of society to contribute to the teenagers’ innovation ability.

      During the contest, “environmental protection” is also a hot topic. The innovation projects on environmental protection reflected the society paying much attention to the environment. The idea of “Protect our environment from petty things” of China Boqi is welcomed by the society. This contest is another environmental protection public benefit activities in our company. We will continue to bear the social responsibilities and make contribution for the society.
