At 1 o’clock  of March 27^th, 2016, Inner  Mongolia Energy Xingan 2*340 #2 unit flue gas desulfurization devices, which was  contracted to build by our company, smoothly passed the 168 hours test. The  parameters and indicators are meeting the standards.

      At 1 o’clock of March  20^th, #2 unit desulfurization system was started. Until At 1 o’clock  of March 27^th, the flue gas bypass baffle was shuttled down and flue  gas desulfurization started. It was entered into the formal 168 hours trial  operation. During the trial operation, the unit average load was 300 MW, the  operation rate was 100%, average desulfurization efficiency was 97.3% and  automatics and protection rate was 100%. The main operation parameters were  controlled in the designing scope. At present, the main and auxiliary equipment  of #2 unit desulfurization system operates well, operation parameters keep stale  and all directors meet the designing requirement.

      The project was started in 2012.  The project management consistently put the safe and quality at the first place  by strictly control safety, quality and process. The whole staff overcame the  difficulties, such as short schedule, heavy tasks, low temperature and deficient  capital to ensure #2 units desulfurization devices putting into operation in  safe and high quality.
