On April  8^th, 2016, China Boqi  2015 Economy Summary and 2016 Business Management Conference was held in  Beijing. On the conference, there was a comprehensive summary for 2015 business  work. It also confirmed the 2016 management work plans and work  priority.

      Our chairman and president, Mr.  Cheng Liquan gave an important speech on the conference. The vice chairman Mr.  Zeng Zhijun attended this meeting and made a report of 2016 management plan and  key work arrangement. Our vice president and CFO gave the 2015 Business Analysis  Report. The conference was hosted by vice president Yan Bingli. The participant  included the company leaders, project managers and the subsidiary corporations’  leaders.

      Ms. Cao detailedly analyzed and  summarized 2015 business situation. Under the severe conditions of shrinking  global economy, trapped Chinese entity economy and intensifying marketing  competition, we kept increasing business and finance status with the joint  efforts. We have achieved that, new breakthrough in economic benefits, new  record on cost control, new level on safe production, new progress in structural  transformation, new force in team construction and new promotion in management.  Ms. Cao summarized that the experience in 2015 are, the management guideline of  “Adjusting structure, enlarge the scale, promoting the quality and accelerating  listing; strengthening the guiding function of management budget; refining  measures and managing strictly.

      Mr. Zeng explained the 2016  business ideas, key work and main business indexes. He analyzed the internal and  external situation and put forward the business ideas, which are, taking company  listing as the main line, marketing developing as the center, standard  management as the emphasis, insisting in “leading in technology, cost and  execution”, adjusting structure, keeping increasing, strengthening execution,  promoting development, enhancing the company core competence power and forging  our company as the top one level environmental protection one. He arranged 11  items key work for 2016 and put forward specific measures in safe, quality,  marketing development, listing, project execution, designing, researching and  company management. He also explained the 2016 main business indexes. He hoped  that the whole staff could do their best to ensure the completion of 2016  objective and striving for realizing the company’s vision.  

      Mr. Cheng gave a positive  comment for the 2015 work. He analyzed the problems that appeared in production  and management. Facing with the objective of 2016, Mr. Cheng required the whole  staff focused on the 5 management objectives, implement the 11 key works, and  comprehensively promote the core competitiveness to ensure the achievement of  company objectives.

      We strongly believe that we will  overcome the difficulty and seize the opportunities to be leading in the  environmental protection company and to make great contributions for people’s  sustainable development.
